Our flagship product: eggplants are grilled, peeled and mashed, then frozen immediately after grilling. This keeps the authentic smoky taste – with no additives.
The ready-to-use base for baba ghanoush, mutabbal, dips and mezze. Saves grilling and peeling time in kitchens and production. Made exclusively at the Elafood plant; contract manufacturing and sample runs on request.
